Grondin's College of Cosmetology teaches the curriculum that is required by the State of Michigan - the same curriculum taught by every cosmetology school in the state. Our friendly, experienced instructors prepare each and every student to pass the state board exam and become a licensed cosmetologist. There are differences between us and other schools though.

All aspects of cosmetology are covered in our 1500 hour course, which also includes nail technology and skincare. Students are taught the latest techniques in hairstyling, cutting, coloring, and permanent waving – for all types of hair.
Course Duration: Full-time cosmetology students can complete in 1 year
Nail Technology Course
Our 400 hour course covers manicuring, pedicuring, as well as, all formed of artificial nails- sculptures, tips, acrylic, fiberglass and nail art
Course Duration: Full-time manicure students can complete in 14 weeks
Cosmetology Instructor Course
This 500 hour course will qualify you to teach the above courses in a cosmetology school. Available only to licensed professionals.
Course Duration: Full-time Instructor students can complete in 19 weeks
Cosmetology classes start in January, May, and September. Call for enrollment deadlines. Manicure classes (nail tech) also start in January, May, and September.
